I was especially grateful to you for your flexibility and co-operation in working with the other tradesman in order to design and fit out the system in our timescales. I had contacted a couple of nationally recognised alarm and security companies but their service seemed poor in comparison, the people I spoke to had very little expertise and the quotes were extortionate. Your friendly and helpful attitude was a class apart.
